  PRO-BOLT™ TRIUMPH ALUMINUM DRESS-UP KITS

Engine Kit
 
  • CNC Machined from 7075T73 aluminum for a smooth finish
  • Bolt heads are cold formed and the shanks threads are rolled
  • Chemically brightened and color anodized to between 8 and 12 microns thick
  • Tensile strength is 0-560Mpa; which is stronger than mild steel
  • 60% lighter than steel and 40% lighter than Titanium
  • Corrosion resistance against saltwater, road film or mild acid
Engine Kits:
  • Replaces all side engine casing bolts
  • Kit includes: copper grease lubricant and allen keys
Fairing Kits:
  • Replaces all side fairing, belly pan, seat unit and mudguard bolt, nuts and washers
  • Anti-scratch washers/spacers are used for added protection
  • Kit includes: copper grease and allen keys
  • Note: Not all kits are available in the "quick release" configuration
Screen Bolt Kits:
  • Packaged to replace the correct amount of bolts per application
  • Comes in 2 sizes: 4mm or 5mm depending on application
  • Kit includes: bolts, nylon washers and rubber nuts with brass insert
Tank Bolt Kits:
  • Replaces all OE bolts; including the specially engineered Honda bolts
Pre-Load Adjusters:
  • CNC Machined for a smooth finish
  • Not only are they eye appealing but are also fully functional
  • Allows easy adjustment of the compression of your springs
  • Supplied with steel grub screws to hold in place along with an allen wrench
  • Note: May not be compatible with the use of certain steering dampers
Top Yoke Nuts and Stem Plugs:
  • CNC Machined
  • Adds beauty by covering unwanted gaps
Cable and Dial Adjusters:
  • Direct OE Replacement
  • Kit includes: cir-clips and washers
